Our go-to local walk is a couple of miles of meadows and woodland in our village and despite walking there often we normally find something new to photograph.  Today the cow parsley in the woodland has finished but the thistles are high and the wheat field is ripening.  There were a couple of butterflies and the nettles were covered in places by Peacock caterpillars.
